I have been drinking to bottles of Isopure a day One in the Am work out and one after the Pm workout. It has 0g of sugar and 0g of carbs. 40g of protein. I get my other protein from chicken, egg whites, and pork now and then. Is this drinkk a good source for 80g of protein. It is hard as hell to get roughly 205g a day for me. I feel like I am eating all day long just trying to get close to 200g any help or suggestions out there? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hard to get 200 grams?? Expensive, yes, hard, no. Here's my plan of attack, but first you have to buy some supplemental protein. Meal 1: MRP and tablespoon of flax (40g) Meal 2: Protein bar (30g) Meal 3: Turkey breast sandwich with salad (40g) Meal 4: MRP with Tablespoon of flax (40g) Meal 5: Steak, rice or potatoes, salad (40g) Meal 6: Lowfat cottage cheese with a little fruit, or protein powder with water if im lazy (35g) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I have heard alot of people talk about Flax. I guess I need to research a little more nesxt time. But thanks for the advise. I will go get some on the way to the gym tonught. Is there a certain brand I am looking for? With my work schedule, It is hard to make the protein shakes. I cant just shake them up with water like a lot of people. IT wont settle right with me unless I blend it up. That may sound like Im being a wimp. But I would rather keep it down than back up all over the equipment.jk ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
