Just wondering what i can do to curb my appetite. During the day i use MD6, but at night when it wears off my appetite sometimes goes crazy. Is there any amino acids or products out there to help curb appetite? That are not going to keep me up at night also... thanks

well i need to take something at night to curb appetite. If i take hydroxycut i'll be wired the whole night. Is there anything to help suppress appetite that's not a thermogenic, or that wont keep me up? ?

there is a product out that my friends tell me works for them and it's called saiterol or something close to that it comes in a can like a mrp, and from what i've been told it really works well you can find it at www.dpsnutrition.com and at www.netrition.com. they both carry them at good prices too.

Do yourself a favor before you buy any expensive supplements. Take a packet or two of Equal. You must think I'm crazy but it is a little known fact that straight aspartame is an appetite suppresant. I learned this long ago from Dan Duchaine, and I believe Will Brink had also once addressed this in an issue of Musclemag. I usually have one packet, two if i think I'll fold (empty stomach). Seems to help. Using tyrosine never helped me. HCS is also supposed to help when taken on an empty stomach with water, I can't recall the exact science behind it though (hydroxycut contains HCA). If all else fails, remember to force down a glass or two of water before eating, keeps you full.

Sometimes when people think they are hungry it is only the stomach acid playing around which gives you hunger pangs. If you tense your stomach muscles for about 15-20 seconds this hunger feeling may subside. If not it probably means you are hungry.Just a tip.

Risky, Assuming you're cutting. Are you eating frequently enough? I've always had success losing weight and fat, by eating 6 small meals a day. That includes eating at night, even right before bed, if necessary. The important thing is what you're eating in those meals, and when you're eating them. If you eat every 2 to 3 hours, you know food's always around the corner, so your body never goes into starvation mode, and your metabolism will stay fast. Consider using ECA, three times daily, but not after 3:00 pm. Stay away from salty types of foods chips, Dorito's etc, and sugar as they not only add fat and bloat, they tend to trigger compulsive eating. Obviously, abstain from fried foods, and watch your saturated fats in particular. Even when I'm bulking I don't do fried anymore. This may seem obvious, but sometimes we think we can limit the amount of those types of food we eat, and it won't really hurt us, but that's incorrect. It hurts us in two way: 1. The nature of those kinds of foods causes compulsive overating, you just can't seem to get enough of them, or be able to walk away from them. 2. How they store, AS FAT. If you don't have a problem in these areas, and you're eating really clean great! Someone mentioned oatmeal previously, this is true. It's complex carbos, which will stay with you for a long time. Stay away from carbos at night. Don't eat white bread, or fake wheat, (it has to say 100% whole wheat for it to be real wheat) it does nothing for you nutrionally, and is absorbed so quickly, your body doesn't have time to use it. Keep in mind, cottage cheese on rice cakes with raisins is a nutrionally balanced meal. Non-fat yogurt, is another good choice with fresh or frozen fruit added. I usually add equal to make it more taste appealing). The other day after a mega-spinning class, I had an MRP with non-fat yogurt and crushed sugar free pineapple. That held me over for quite a while, and I needed the extra carbo's after burning that many calories. Just a few suggestions. Hope this helps.
