Don't have a Mickey D's nutritional menu with me (ask them they have em), but I remember that one of there hamburgers had 10 grams. So, if a big mac has two patties, that'll be up to 20 grams or so, plus extra bread and cheese. You're looking at around 30 grams or less. Stick with the quarter pounder for more protein, a double quarter pounder with cheese should yield close to 60.

Organon Canon, don't be discouraged to ask any questions, none are stupid if they are diet related.
