Just wondering because sometimes I have to eat this shit now that I am bulking to get the extra cals. Please do not flame, I know how bad it is, I just want to know the nutritional value of it so I can keep my count more exact. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Don't have a Mickey D's nutritional menu with me (ask them they have em), but I remember that one of there hamburgers had 10 grams. So, if a big mac has two patties, that'll be up to 20 grams or so, plus extra bread and cheese. You're looking at around 30 grams or less. Stick with the quarter pounder for more protein, a double quarter pounder with cheese should yield close to 60. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
