go to www.thepowerstore.com and check out the bridge. It's only like 5 bucks (special price) and guaranteed potency. If you have the means, the absolute best multi is a multi pak by Super Nutrition. I don't know who carries it though. Maybe try a web search. I get my vitamins through 3 meal replacements a day, take an antioxidant pack, and zma before bed.

The ne plus ultra of vitamins are those which are suspended in an ionic formulation. This way, there is no need for such substances to go through the digestive process...they are "predigested" chemically and are the most bioavailable form. They can be absorbed sometimes in as fast as 30 seconds if taken on empty stomach. The medical community is jumping on this technology for fast infusion of necessary vitamins and minerals.

I've been very happy with AST Research's Multi-Pro 32X. It's specifically designed for bodybuilders unlike most multi-vitamins which are designed for the "average joe".

I agree with I-Hulk on AST's 32x. I tried drug store stuff, a few GNC multi's--->ranged from useless to not as good. I will only buy the AST one now. |
