I bought a large bottle of flax seed oil about 3 months ago. I haven't taken it yet due to an injury i sustained. It has been keptat room temperature since then, because I didn't know that it was supposed to be kept in the fridge. Do you all think it is still good or will it be spoiled?

It's definately spoiled, do not use it. Go buy some new stuff, preferably the Barleans brand, most others don't place a production date on the label. Flaxseed oil normally has a refrigerated shelf life of 4 months, longer if u freeze it.
