Hey I was just wondering if this stack really looks legit to you guys. It says it has no side effects so anyone got any thoughts on it? Or better yet has anyone ever tried it?

Heres the link to it http://www.zrock99fm.com/1staccess-new/almostj.html

It is guarnting that you will gain 20 pounds and increase your bench by 75 and your squats by 100.
So anyone think it will actually work?

That has SCAM written all over-it. it's even cheesier than the "chit-san" commercial with that skinny-ugly chick saying that you can lose weight while eating whatever the fuck you want and not exercising!

buy the video "blood and guts" by dorian yates. that will provide all the testosterone you need man.

Yeah Yeah I know if I buy it i will probably just be another stupid person that the ownder of the company gets to laugh at and say hahaha what an idiot, but hey I can't get on AS yet so does this look likes its worth taking a chance at? I mean I am too young for AS but yet i need to gain a lot of weight by the end of the summer for next football season. I eat like a madman, but that doesn't seem to help out.
If you don't mind i am going to tell you the reason why i have to gain soo much weight :-)

I started as a sophmore for my highschools varsity team. (which never happens) My school has a 64 game winning streak and to start as a sophmore is a very big deal. Anyways my coach has threatened to take my starting spot away unless I gain a lot of weight by next season. I am 6 foot 6 and only weigh 200....I know if I come into my junior season at 225-235 I will be a major college prospect. So I'm not just doing it for my coach but for my future as well. So any other ideas if you really do think this is a scam?

bro forget about that stupid crap. Valdez posted up something a while ago about eating that i 100% agree on. I used to weigh 180lbs about 2 years ago. Now i'm 233, and did it solely by eating. Trust me you don't know what eating is till you eat 6 meals a day and each meal being a big one. No supplement will help you here trust me. Only thing that can help is Whey Protein, Flax or peanut butter, and possibly creatine. Stay away from all that other shit except maybe zinc, you need it for testosterone production. But if you consume enough of it you don't need it.

Your attitude fucking sucks. you need to educate yourself on what is real in the sport. I don't give a fuck if you can't use AS, that's no excuse to be an idiot.

1. lift heavy as fuck, intensly 3-4 times per week. and eat 500-1000 calories more than what is neccesary to maintain bodyweight. It's that simple.

2. supplements are 99.9% crap for ignorant people like you, or people who think they need a crutch (also like you)

3. do a search on the board for information, "what is flax"
... blowtorch's deactivated...

jees dude
I would think being ignorant would be going and taking AS with out knowing or caring if I am too young. Or assuming that that stuff was good. I mean i thought it would be good to do some research. But jesus I guess that makes me a bad person. I do lift very hard!!
monday on
tuesday on
wednesday off
thurs on
fri on
weekend off

Damn dude i hope you never have kids and they ask you something like..."Daddy how was I made?"

I never said that you don't lift hard (I'm sure you do) I meant to give you a "wake up call" just because some various form of andro is labled as a pharmecuetical replacement for gear yada, yada, yada doesn't mean shit -and you know it- so why do you even ask if it's crap when you know it is?

Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Go to this site, and you'll find out what it is to really want something and be willing to whatever it takes to get there. Without AS. http://www.nuclearnutrition.com/theroadlesstraveledpart3.htm

Best of luck, and keep your eyes on the target train hard and you will get there.

Maybe you're overtraining. a 4-day split never worked for me. I train with weights three times a week. Legs once a week. Other stuff on two different days.

More often when on AS.

One less day of killing yourself in the gym will allow you to recover and gain more weight (and lift more with better intensity).

Focus on the big movements, and like they said, eat.

And stop running around so damn much!

every hear that all saying, "if it sounds to good to be true then it probably not true!"

That's one I had to learn the hard way.

Take my word for it if there is anything that will even come close to AS that is legal then you want have to ask we will all look like superman.

Eat eat eat eat and then eat some more. Don't eat crap from fast food places.

Eat clean and stay away from processed foods.

Try this: get a buddy and take your car to a deserted parking lot. Have your buddy get in the car to steer it. Get behind it and push it to the end of the lot. Take over as the driver and have your buddy push it to the other end of the lot. Do this obviously while the car is not running.

You will use every single major muscle group to do this and it's good cardio also.

Always remember to let your muscles recover-get plenty of rest.

Damn....
Very harsh! I might be wrong in thinking that a lot of guys come here for the advise that you guys can give.
Not to be flamed or shot down for asking a simple question.
Seem to me that maybe "IB" doesn't want to get into the juice as yet. But that doesn't mean you still can't supply a little help!

Are you telling me that there is no value in taking something like:

Norabol
Andro Ifusion
Tribulus gold
As a stacked suppliment for the guys who are not ready for juice?

Just a ?.

I've got to agree with most people here and back them up here again on the prohormone controvery. To me it's not worth the price you pay for the effects it has. The most i've gained was 5 pounds, and that wasn't pure muscle, it was muscle/fat. One thing i can attest for is strength gains were pretty impressive.
Now... If all you want is strength with some side effects of juice, go right on ahead. You might as well get the damn juice, it'll be cheaper and worth it, and it will have less side effects. Now whose not ready for that?

Ibprofen: DUDE YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY!!! this is for you, an article by Mr. Trevor Smith who wanted to gain weight for football (AT AGE 17 6'1" 196LBS WANTED TO GAIN 30-35 LBS IN 4 MONTHS!) is that like totally you or what!?!?!?!

hell look at all of the "road less traveled" and "staying on the path" here is part of number 2 it will help you with the link I posted READ and ENJOY!

I marked off on the calander when I would accomplish this by. It was the beginning of February, one week after my Aunt Kathys death and I was giving myself until June 15th of 1988 to achieve my goal. I was 194lbs. (two pounds lighter than when I started my senior year of High School) and had just 4 months to put on a solid 36lbs. For the first time in my life everything was crystal clear. I had a clear purpose, a path that I needed to adhere to and one that I would travel all alone, and that is what I liked about it the most.

Next time we will pick up where I left off and discuss what it was that I did during that 4 months, the things I encountered along the way and whether or not I was able to achieve my goal. NOW CLICK ON THE LINK

Thanks for the input!
About the "juice" thing...I wasn't inplying that you were. I'm here for info, not judge, accuse nor screw with anyone.

So seeing that new thread "5 supplements worth buying", one should follow some of the supplements in there as an alternitive.

Again Thanx

Bro. Get some roids. I started when i was 16 and i dont regret it because i excelled in football and rugby. It helps to get the extra mass on. Educate yourself, and get some gear.

WTF? screw off man, even if he was interested (which he is not at the moment) he doesn't have the knowlege base necessary to do it safely.

Rugby what type of cycle did you take? I am thinking about jumping on a cycle of Primobolan. I have heard from many people that a small cycle of Primobolan is safe for teenagers to take.....plus the author of Anabolics 2000 states that in his book, which is the main reason why i am thinking about it. I know many of you will tell me i am too young but if you are going to say that why do you say that......don't just tell me i am too young with no reasons. I want to hear the reasons so i know that it is too risky. Any thoughts?

IBUpRoFIN, if you want to hear reasons why not to take primo post that on the anabolic message board, they will give you more than enough reasons why you should not take it, you will probably get some flames so don't be shocked or suprised if that happens. As far as supplements go I have used 3 kinds. I think that more than the majority are a scam. But the truly most important thing I beleive is your diet. If you are still in high school, there are still parts of you body still going through the natural growing process, you probably have more than enough natural test being produced in your body so any kind of AB should not be an option for you. I'm not flaming you here, just giving you my 2cents. If you are still thinking about primo I'd advise you to post your questions on the anabolic board, again you will probably get some flames but you will get mostly legit replys from experienced and educated people in that field that will explain to you why or why not you should use primo. later
