I am just starting to weight train. I have been doing it for aobut 3 months now and I am starting to get into the supplements. I want to know what is the best way to go. A guy that works at GNC told me that I should go with Protein because I am at the age where my body makes enough creatine. Is that true? WOuld I rather go Protein than Creatine? I don't know how old you are, but protein is always a good idea. It helps with muscle recovery, catabolism. Creatine is okay to cycle on and off of. However, if your under 16 you may want to wait. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

id say if u r under 16 yes dont take any creatine.. wait untill u r 18 or so.. protein is always good to take.. can put on some lean muscle if thats what u want... if not, just go naturally untill u get a bit older ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
