I am about to start an AS cycle and wanted to make sure I had the best protein shake. MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM! I don't care if it is the most expensive as long as it is THE BEST. Any of your suggestions would be great!     | ||

I DON'T THINK THERE IS SUCH A THING AS THE "BEST PROTEIN SHAKE" BUT I REALLY LIKE VANILLA METHOXY-PRO BY CYTODYNE OR PRO V-60 BY LABRADA. THOSE TASTE PRETTY GOOD TO ME. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 | ||

Do yourself a favor and go to the protein factory. Order this: 30% hydrolyzed 520 25% casein 10% hydrolyzed casein 8% Glutamine peptides 4% BCAA 3% L-Glutamine 20% CFM protein This is pretty expensive, but if you read the article about hyperaminoacidemia, you'll see these are the exact ingredients. Long article, but well worth reading. Alex Rogers (the owner) would be willing to give you advice if you call him or email. He's been very helpful to me. I would substitute 5 percent of the regular casein and replace it with 5 percent Super Bovine Serum. This, along with post workout carbs and creatine, would be ideal for you, although very bad tasting. Alex labeled it "for the psycho bodybuilder". | ||

ive heard that to pack on some killer mass get this stuff by prolab called N-large2 .. it has like 54 grams of protein a serving!! i just ordered some... its on the way.. but for now i have some vanilla EAS and some chocolate Designer Protein... both great tasting and pretty damn cheap if u ask me ... my 2 cents ------------------ | ||

remember he said he wanted a protein supplement. and "price wasn't an issue" www.proteinfactory.com with "aminogen" in the mix of a hydrolyzed whey, or isolate would be very very high quality too. | ||
