hey guys, it's me again, first of all THANKS to all of you for your tips,GREATLY APPRECIATED!!next, does anyone use the "pyramid" style for your bench press? i'm very interested in this technique but i'm not sure how to do it (decrease and increase in weights and # of reps)make any sense? could anyone please give me an outline to go by,it would help alot!!-redskinfan

Pyramid means you go up in weight and down in reps...

an example :12reps,10, 8 increasing weight each time
