I've never tried this stack , but from what ive researched this is probably your best bet to increase GH - half an hour before bed take an antacid followed by 100 mg 5-HTP, 5 mg melatonin , 5 grms GABBA , 5 grms glutamine peptide and an OKG/arginine combo (optional) such as Universals GH Max. Then just before you go to bed drink a protein shake with water. What do you think? | ||

in my opinion,too much money being spent for minimal results(if any).never tried the stack you mentioned though...let me know your progress if you decide to use the stack.sounds interesting but for the $$$'s,i would rather invest in protein and actual food(tastes better...no?) ------------------ | ||

or you could take some ghb... wait illegal, OH! or some L_Tryptophan... wait illegal. hmmm? gaba: worthless 5-HTP: too expensive, not as effective as L_tryptophan. melatonin: not gonna increase gh, may help sleep a little. protein: don't need supps for that but convient. arginine: it's in protein anyway why take more? glutamine: kinda pricey but perhaps worth it, yet no sig. gh release will take place. L_Tryptophan is the best bet, completly safe. ------------------ | ||

Speaking of GH, how effective is this stuff? I know it costs a fortune, but the price not making a difference, does it work and how well? I rather pay a little more for this than for AS, because it is legal at least. Are the results comparative? |
