decided to try this out cuz I hate the way other ECA's make me feel. The guy at the GNC said it had half the caffeine. Is this stuff good?

Used thier shakes
one after my am work out.
one in the afternoon.
started Oct 1 lost 16 lbs. by Dec. 15
lost a little in benchand t-bar rows
(witch i expected with the loss of body wt.)
Tells me most of the weight was fat.
I also increased cardo and worked at it
it just didnt happen from shakes
"Only negitive was the cost"
