A few months back I responded to someone who said that all supplements were rip-offs. I said that I disagreed and that I was participating as a volunteer for a new supplement as a test subject. I've been told that now I can report my success with one of them. I've been using Alternative Nutrition products for awhile now. Namely I started out using their protein powder. I have yet to find a better tasting protein drink (especially vanilla). At any rate, that's a side note and not the subject of this topic thread. Almost immediately, I became hungry ALL the time. So, like any good citizen, I ate. And ate. And ate. Given that my diet is pretty strict insofar as proteins, fats and carbs, I was a bit worried that the extra food would become fatty tissue storage. However, I noticed that my workouts got more and more productive with the passing weeks (composed of high speed pushups, crunches, ultra heavy dumbell workouts and at home on the weekends 70 lb. bag boxing). By the end of the first month, I was eating 7 or 8 times a day. I ate the house up basically. Also, any hint of post workout soreness disappeared pretty much. At any rate, with further examination of the contents of ATP Mass, I found the combination to be extremely promoting of the energy transfer process. Not energy as in energy levels, but rather in the utilization of caloric availability. My strength levels went up as a result of my more efficacious workouts. I bulked up rather nicely. So I waited for awhile after my supply ran out namely so I could eat more sensibly. I have lost some of the initial weight, but my appetite has gone back to normal (that's good for my wallet)and so my workouts are starting to suffer again. I kept an eye on the other volunteers who took the ATP Mass and all of them are extremely pleased with it. One of the guys who took it, in combination with his workouts has gone from 230 to 270 in about 5 months. I know the owner of the company and he's massive. Do not take my word for or against this product! Give it a try yourself and I think you'll agree. You can search the web under "ATP Mass", and if it's okay with the company, I'll let you know the website sometime shortly.

It's about 40 bucks with shipping. The bottle lasts a month (first bottle lasts 3 weeks because you take more at the beginning). It works by bypassing the stomach acidity which destroys the ATP molecule. The other ingredients help the process by increasing the ATP stores in your body. It increases your appetite tremendously (thus the more calories you take in are converted for use by your body in the growth and repair phases). Of course this is a very very simplistic view of exactly how it works, but it basically makes your body's conversion of ATP to substrate energy much more efficient by leading the way. Does that help?

just wondering does this mainly work by just making you hungry so you can consume more calories?
