i can't believe you're actually debating between grapejuice and apple juice. and posting it of all things you can do... bro who gives a rats ass... it's the same shit! what you should really do is quit worrying about grapes and apples and eat some more carbs after workout. | ||

Actually, I'd go with grape juice since it has a higher glycemic index than Apple Juice. | ||

Bro, try not to eat solid food immediately after workout, solids must be broken down before the nutrients can go to your muscles...I usually have about 40 grams of whey, since its so quickly absorbed, and a cell-tech..yeah I know everyone's jumped on the wagon and says "I hate muscletech", but I personally think cell tech is good shit, and I don't give a fuck if anyone has a problem with that. 75 grams of maltodextrose, 10 grams of creatine, 40 grams of whey and a host of micronutrients...good pw meal....I eat a solid meal about 2 hours later, usually a powerbar and some whey. are you kidding? you need to be eating after you work out till you gag.. and power bars are shitty. id have a protein shake right after workout with some carbs. then about 30 mins later about 10 or so egg whites | ||

I like eating a cup or more of white rice with cheese. Throw in a can or 3 of tuna and you got yourself 100g carbs and almost as much prot. B True | ||
