I have tried it and it didn't do much. If you want a good fat burning stack get Syntrax's Adipokinetix and Guggulbolic. It works great. I lost over 20 pounds in 3 months. This was when I had good amounts of fat on me.

It works, but it is slow and steady weight loss, nowhere near as fast as thermogenics. It is an excellent product to add after a few weeks of dieting after your t3 production slows down.
