has anyone tried this as a non steroid injection? ive done a fair amount of research- side effects, benifits, price, legality. the only thing i didnt come across was injection procedure, im not realy keen on going into my local chemist and asking them how to inject the stuff. My local chemist are barstards, they look at me weird even if i buy vitamin C tablets.

if you can buy sterile B12 oil in australia, get sterile syringes and feel that you would be able to inject it. give it a try. I have not but I have heard from others that it has given them a marked increase in appetite and a little better pumps. don't fool yourself though, B12 injections are nothing like AS. ------------------ quote:

personally bro i don't think the B12 is worth it, if you're going to inject something into your ass at least make it worth it! My advice is go with some AS if you are still willing to inject

I would discourage the use of B-12 injections. As a college football player, I was given shots of B-12 on a regular basis. The strength coach believed that the B-12 not only boosted energy levels but also increased one's appetite. He would inject the players in the shoulder area as vitamin B-12 is best injected with an insulin needle (1-1/4 inches). I noticed no notable differences and found it made my shoulder muscles quite sore to the point where is was painful to train. It just seemed almost counterproductive.

The miniscule appetite increase you might get with it isn't worth filling your ass with scar tissue. Take a pill like Periactin or Pizitofen if you need to eat more.

Have been njecting B12 for 18 months. It increases vitality and appetite and revs up energy levels. I shoot into outside thigh with very small thin needles that don't even sting. Its a great supplement to a cycle. You find yourself-after regular use-jumping out of bed in the morning and experiencing a general feeling of well-being.Any excess is stored in your liver which helps promote overall liver health which is a good thing during cycling.

Great info PROVIDAN. I knew of a person who was anemic and she had regular b12 shots. It gave her more energy and a better appetite. I am going to order some soon. Take care all. ------------------ MustangRacer27

I've heard of stories where John Grimek and Steve Reeves would do B12 injections. Not sure if they are true though.

Intramuscular and quite painful (after). I think B12 by mouth is more than sufficient and make the shot completely unnecessary.

I think the injectables have an advantage as it is not subjected to the digestive tract, hence possibly making it more effect. Not too sure on this one. ------------------ MustangRacer27 |
