Is there anything to worry about with the Xenadrine? I mean with the reports saying people have strokes and all. I only take 4 per day. What are the side effects or possible long term/short term effects. Thanx anything will be appreciated.

Hey, don't worry too much about the xenadrine. As long as you monitor your blood pressure to ensure that your heart isn't working too hard you will be okay. Also when doing heavy cardio, keep an eye on your heart rate if it gets up over 180 or so beats a minute, you may want to cool down for awhile. That's just my opinion from personal experience. The research out there right now that shows fatalities related to ephedrine is ridiculous considering that out of the millions of people taking these products, few relative to the majority suffer fatal side effects (usually caused by ignorance/ overdosage). Hell, one could probably dig up statistics that prove tylenol to be fatal to x number of people per year. Anyway, enough rambling and good luck!

Xenadrine, as with all other ECA stacks has the drug ephedrine in it or Ma Huang; which is a stimulant.

People get into trouble with ephedrine when they exceed recommended dosages. It's a form of substance abuse when this occurs.

Check for signs of dizziness or shakes. Some people can tolerate more than others. Also, be sure that you cycle off of it after a couple of months. Some brands say not to take it for more than 5 days in a row, that you should take two days off. It can be habit addicting.

What happens then, is that you can't wake up or get motivated without it; and you'll be drowsy all the time.

Also, check for signs of excessive sweating when you're not working hard. That's a sign that the dose is too high. If you take it for too long of a time it's not as effective anymore, because your body recognizes it as part of your normal make up, and then you need more to get the same thermogenic effect. That's another reason to cycle off for at least two weeks.

My experience with ECA stacks is that they do work if you're interested in cutting fat, losing weight and getting shredded. But don't think they'll work without hard work, weight training and cardio, and a proper diet. For me the best way to burn fat is to have a fast metabolism, by eating 6 small meals daily, which include protein, carbohydrates and fat.

Xenadrine does work. I dropped a considerable amount of body fat in a VERY short amount of time.

The only downside is that I did experience mood swings.

Im almost done with my bottle of xenadrine and i dont know if the weight loss that i have gotten is due to it or my diet and cardio.Personaly i don't feel the effects that most people describe, and after a slight break i think im gonna try making my own ECA stack.Everybody is different and you should pay close attention to how your body reacts.If you stay aware of changes and take the correct doses youll be fine.

The reports of serious side effects are very minimal and are most likely associated with gross misuse.My friend told me that some people he knew popped like 5 Ephedrine(125mg total) tabelets to get a buzz . This kind of crap is what causes strokes and heart attacks!

Xenadrine is a Very good suppliment. My favorite over the counter supplement...But if you really want to see some fat loss.. stack it with Clen, 10 day on clen, 10 day on xenadrine...The results are alot better stacked an in any cycle you do.

DNP was originally made as a replacement detenating compound in TNT. When used in humans, however, DNP will raise body tempeture by interfering with mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation. The way that this is accomplished in the body is that DNP diverts fatty acids away from ATP production and throws them off as heat instead. Aspirin, clenbuterol, and ephedrine all do the same thing but to a much lower extent. This is why you feel your body tempeture rising when using these compounds. DNP was used as a fat loss diet drug in the 1930's. There was a 1% incidence of users developing cataracts though and since DNP was not listed as one of the ingredients in these dieting drugs, they were pulled from the market. The thing that makes DNP so alluring to most bodybuilders is that it will boost your metabolism like no other drug out there. With even a low dosage, in the area of 3-5 mg/kg of bodyweight a day, it will rate your metabolic rate 30%. If this dosage is continued daily, it will raise your metabolism by 50%. At this rate you can burn about 1 lb. of fat a day. This product is very dangerous to use though. An overdose of only 4 times the recommended one will kill you. As far as this product raising your body tempeture, it can raise it indefinitely as well. You can die or suffer brain damage after your body tempeture goes over 104 degrees. DNP can raise your tempeture much higher than that as well. If brain damage and death are not bad enough side effects to you, you can also suffer irreversible liver damage and/or kidney damage as well without even an overdose while using this product if you stay on it for too long. DNP is known for cutting down on T4 to T3 conversion in the liver. For a person that is highly active and on a calorie restricted diet, DNP will deplete ATP within a matter of days. When this happens your body tempeture will go back to normal. The only thing you can do at this point is supplement with Cytomel in the dosage area of about 150 mcg/day. This product is only sold as a research chemical. DNP can be used as an insecticide so that can be a reason for purchasing it if someone asks you.

DNP Profile of a two week cycle using DNP. MaleHeight 5'10Weight 242Advanced BodybuilderDuring this DNP cycle I limited my carbohydrates and ate as clean as possible. No steroids, no andro products, I did however, use meal replacements, flaxseed oil and amino acids.Day one, Woke up and weighed myself I was 240. This is normal, I weigh a few pounds less in the morning. Took 200mg of DNP at 9pm. Felt a hot flash once in the middle of the night, although I could have been dreaming.Day two, Woke up again weighed 239. Felt warmer through-out the day. Light clammy feeling, slight sweating, nothing overwhelming. Took 200mg of DNP at 9pm. My skin felt moist in bed.Day three, Woke up and weighed 236 at 8am. Felt the same as yesterday. I knew 200mg was a little low for my weight but I wanted to play it safe, I continued with 200mg at 10pm. I felt moist again. Actually, I enjoyed being warm and sleeping with no covers.Day four, I woke up and weighed 234.5, I knew this was mostly water weight as the bed was moist from sweating. My urine was very yellow. I was disappointed when I weighed myself at night I was up to 240. So actually I have only lost 2 lbs so far. I was very tempted to up my dose but didn't. Again I took 200mg before bed.Day five, woke up and weighed 234, last night was like any other. Throughout the day I felt pretty normal. I decided to go with 300mg; this is supposed to be my ideal dosage. Took it at bedtime, 10pm. I did feel warmer during the night sweating more. I will admit I like this stuff. I enjoy the sauna feel.Day six, woke up and weighed 230. The bed was moist from where I laid. I was definitely warmer today, slight sweating on my back, feet and palms. This feels like the ideal dose. I had 200mg caps, so whenever I wanted to take 300mg I had to open one capsule and take out half the DNP. This was inconvenient, but I wanted to stay with 300mg, it felt perfect. I took 300mg at bedtime. I felt nice and warm at bedtime. It's like a clammy sweat that you get after recovering from a flu or after a hard day at the gym. I will note that I have been able to train during this cycle. I have become a little lethargic, but not too bad, I'm still able to do 30min of cardio in the morning and do weight training in the afternoon.Day seven, woke up and weighed 233. I knew I would weigh more today. I cheated on my diet, last night I broke down and had a few big servings of chicken pasta with tomato sauce. I was still warm today with mild sweating. I know my limits and felt just fine with the dose, however, I wanted to turn up the heat a little more. I went ahead and took 400mg. I was very warm in bed, but fortunately, I rather enjoyed the sweating.Day eight, I awoke and weighed 230. I am back to where I was a day ago. I was sweating a lot last night. Also I am becoming more lethargic it was very difficult to do my cardio this morning, I had no motivation. I have decided to take a cup of coffee before I train in the afternoons, it seems to help. I could use an ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin) stack to get through the workout more intensely, but have not done so. I took 400mg before bedtime.Day Nine, woke up and weighed 229. My goal is to get down to 225lbs. I feel like my small, frequent meals are being metabolized very fast. I weighed myself in the evening and weighed 236. 6lbs of total loss so far. I feel like I can up my dose another 200mg. I know I am getting into dangerous waters here. I grabbed three caps and downed them,600mg before bedtime. I was sweating a lot during the night. My nose and throat were drying out a little. I believe this was from the dehydration.Day ten, woke up and weighed 226. Last night I was sweating like nobodies business, the bed was no longer moist, it was wet. My abs are coming threw in the mornings. I was loosing a lot of water weight. The aminos and flaxseed were helping me maintain muscle. I was very lethargic and needed coffee in the mornings and evenings before training. I was wet all day, my clothes stuck to me. I again did 600mg before bed. I was sweating and this time I was not enjoying it. I had to get a bucket of ice so I could suck on the cubes throughout the night. I also had a throat spray to keep my throat moist, water by my side, and a humidifier.

DNP ContinuedDay eleven, I woke up in a small pond of sweat. I could literally splash the bed with my hand. My pillow was sopping wet, I could ring it out if I wanted. I am not exaggerating, this was intense. I stepped on the scale at 223. I felt dehydrated and my throat was very dry. I could not stop sweating. What ever I drank came right out and eating was exhausting. I could not finish my food with-out being tired. I missed my morning cardio work, but made it to the gym to do some weight training. It was back day and two minutes into my workout and was drenched in sweat. It looked like I had been there for an hour. I was able to train pretty intensely. That evening I had had enough with the sweating, I also developed a severe headache from being dehydrated for so long. Did I mention that I was taking Advil to stop the headaches. I believe my previous doses caught up with me. No way could I go through another day of this. I did not take any DNP today. I was still sweating intensely all through the night.Day twelve, woke up and weighed in at 220.5. It was obvious the DNP was still in my system. I again woke up in a wet bed. I looked at myself in the mirror and it looked like I had lost some serious weight. My abs were coming through more, but I was tired as hell and dehydrated again. I was able to do both cardio and weight training today. I was still sweating a lot, but less dehydrated. I again did not take any DNP today. I did not want to be another statistic and end up in the hospital. I feel as if I never should have of gone up 600mg. I did sleep warm, but no major sweating just slight moisture.Day thirteen, woke up and weighed 221. I was ok with only gaining .5 lbs and all my symptoms of being dehydrated and headaches were gone. A few hot flashes and light perspiration, but nothing close to yesterday. I was able to do cardio and train intensely. I went back to 200mg before bed. Slight sweating experienced again. Day fourteen, woke up and weighed 220. Sweated slightly through the day, much more tolerable, hands and feet are clammy. I weighed my-self again at 9pm and weighed 225. All in all I lost 17 lbs. I'm done.Results:Lost 17 lbs.Maintained body mass with supplementation. Today a week after my cycle I still am at 225.Notes:This was my first time using DNP and I learned a few things. If you chose to use DNP, this is what to expect and how you could learn from my experiences.Do not make the mistake for using more than necessary. Be prepared to be tired after only a few days. If you cannot stand being hot and sweaty, you will hate DNP. Try to eat as clean as possible to obtain your goals.Toxins may come out of your body from your poor eating habits and you may experience acne. Use supplementation to maintain muscle mass. Use ice cubes to stay hydrated throughout the day and night. Use a humidifier by your bed at night to keep nose, throat, and eyes moist. I really have good results loss with Xenidrine. plus alot energy! people get sides when they misuse it they think if they pop double the pills they will lose super amounts of wieght its not a miricle it only works with hard work and a good diet.

I agree with CPFinest. If you want the best results, you can get them quick with a clen/eca cycle combo. You still have to bust your ass in cardio, but if you are determined enough you can reach your goals with the eca alone. Yeah, don't screw with DNP, unless you need to kill some pests in your Garden!!!

Xenadrine didn't really affect me that much. I found Dymatrene Extreme from AST a lot stronger, as did two of my friends who had tried Xenadrine as well.Has anyone else tried this stuff?

no problem with eca products, don't abuse them and your fine. 100mg is recomended daily intake maximum of 12 weeks. don't worry dude
