FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THIS?? WHAT DO U GUYS THINK,DOES IT GIVE U ENERGRY? AND DOES IT GIVE U MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT AT THE SAME TIME,OR WOULD U RECCOMENED A DIFFERENT SUPPLEMENT     | ||

It's a more complete product than ProLabs N' Large, or anything that you can get anywhere, period. But, it's less Calories per serving and you'll have to mix it with something else to make it taste good. Strictly for convenience sake, I'd go with the N'Large. But if quality is what you want, get the Size power and mix it with some flavored milk or juice. I use the Size Powder as post workout and N'Large for the rest to get my calories in. That's one hell of a combination. | ||
