What supplement are good to take while on a cutting program. ALong with ECA stack, what else is okay to take, or what else can help cut. Thanks

ECA stack is sufficient. The most important things to do to reduce fat are intense cardio, and fat control through your food.

Be sure you're getting enough protein and possibly add some Glutamine Peptides, or L- Glutamine for muscle recovery so you don't lose too much muscle mass.

What are your goals? What's your body fat? And where would you like to be when you're done cutting are important question to ask yourself to set up your plan. How long do you plan to cut for?

I can tell you how I lost 50 pounds and got shredded, (10.5% bf) while gaining lean muscle mass. But you have to be willing to work very hard.

What kind of eca stack are you using. There are many other things you can use but I need a little more info to help you out.

The whole process took me 11 months. I wasn't too muscular to begin with just pretty bulky.

I was pretty heavy when I started out, about 240 lbs. 5'11". BF over 20%. Started doing cardio 6 days a week. Began with 20 minutes and worked my way up to 60 minutes. Eliptical trainer, interval training. Weight training for another hour after cardio.

Protein shakes 1 hour before workout creatine, after then, protein shake within 1 hour.

It took about 8 months to lose about 35 - 40 pounds this way, approximately 200 -205lbs. By then, I was showing some pretty good definition. Then, I changed to 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. I worked out 5:30 in the morning on an empty stomach.

Weight dropped into the 186 range after about 6 weeks. Waist went from 39-40" to a 33. At that point I was about 13% bf. Switched back to MPS before and after workout with creatine, and ECA stack, and Nor 19 started putting weight back on. Saw some good gains in muscle size and strength. Cycled off ECA and Nor 19 for a couple of weeks.

Also, eating 6 small meals a day. Which includes 2 - 3 MPS's, 1 -2 Nutrition Bars (High Protein type), and 2 regular meals. All meals with protein, carbohydrates, and fat and about 1 gallon or more of water daily. Six days a week. One day (Sunday) eat whatever, and don't work out.

Went on Paradeca (prohormone) 2 ml. 3 times daily, with Tribex 500 (Biotest) 3 caps twice daily, for 40and 30 days respectively. Gained 7 pounds of muscle dropped body fat to about 10.5%. 193 pounds 32" waist.

Incidentally, I've never taken a steroid and I just turned 40 years old. That's how I did it.

I'm getting a digital camera soon. Maybe I'll post a picture then. I don't have any good before pictures with my shirt off that I posed for, but maybe I can find something. When I was that heavy I didn't like having my picture taken, and I would sometimes throw them away if they were bad enough.
It's great to be able to have picture taken now and not be afraid of having a gut hanging out. Thanks for the encouragement.
