How many here have bought the flax oil from The Protein Factory? I just got the 32oz bottle. Im curious as to how long the flax lasted for you.Also does flax expire??     | ||

my friend got a 16oz from protein factory, it comes in an unmarked white bottle?? I think it is barlean's brand though (the best) I've have had a 16oz barlean's for a little over a month. I usually take about 1/2 tablespoon in a protein shake (twice a day) good stuff... | ||

flax has become cheaper recently, i guess people gave up on it. I personally like it. I take 1tbspoon/day and 2 if i work out, 1 with shake after work out, one with shake before bed. | ||

I used to drink about 5-6 tablespoons of hemp oil every day while i was bulking....the stuff from the protein factory is good quality. It does eventually expire, but due to my excessive use of it, i never had that problem. Just refridgerate it.... |
