Has anyone stacked gaba and glutamine together and maybe creatine as well, ive taken creatine and glutamine together but not gaba, was thinking the gaba may control a bit of the water retention. Any help would be great.     | ||

in a couple weeks im going on a big cycle w/ gaba glutamine creatine, as many other things..ive never used gaba with glutamine and creatine before...i will keep you posted on my results but ill be taking a bunch of other shit too so it might not be significant. | ||

Cheers mate, keep me posted on the results you get, i decided to just stick with the gaba and glutamine for now because last time i took creatine i got more water retention than i have ever had, i think maybe it was a cheap brand . |
