Hey Bro, Go out ad get yourself some of the Prolab "Creapure" Creatine. That shit is freakin amazing. I picked up 1000 gram on sal for $40. CDN Buyit from a wholesaler, they have the best deals. Even if you dont have a credit card, you can still get it pretty cheap paying by C.O.D. And wen you can afford it, stack it with some GLUTAMINE, and protien. Thats a bit more expensive, but Glutamine is just as good, an probably even better then Creatine. But the most important thing is FOOD eat like a fuckig horse. You will deffinetly otice some major gains. | ||
