I'm looking for some opinions....what is the best BRAND supplement to help joints? I know glucosamine and Chondroitin work...but I'm talking brand...like "Joint Fuel or Joint Connection" etc....thanks for the opinions....     | ||

Optimum Nutrition makes a good joint supplement. I'm sorry I can't remember the name. It has MSM and glucosamine in it. | ||

Absolute best joint repair formula bar none...Cetyl Myristoleate, MSM, Chondroitin, Glucosamine...all in one combination. Very expensive, but most people only have to take it for about a month before it makes you pain free. Some websites have a money back guarantee if it doesn't work for you. As far as the Cetyl Myristoleate is concerned, don't go with inferior products since they derive the CM from poor sources. Most of the brands that have the above combination in them are legit. | ||

i dont think it matters what brand,i good dosage is 3000 mg(3g) of glucosamine and 1.5(1500mg) of choridtion | ||

Actually I found out that doing deadlifts really helps my shoulder! I think it just needs to be stretched in that manner rather than just "compacted" all of the time with benching, pressing, etc. I've been taking the MSM, Glucosomine, etc but stumbled across the stretching thing. Hmm. | ||

A good joint product...hmmmm....try Swishers or optimos....you could use joker papers if you want to....I think "joint connection" is a guy that lives down the street from me....I think that's what everyone calls him.
