4. Zmass or Melotonin (sleep is important)
5. DMSO: joint health, as well as other uses
6. If needed: ECA stack. (with pure ephedrine HCI)

EVERYONE PLEASE LIST THE 6 SUPPLEMENTS THEY FEEL ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! I don't think brand is the biggest issue here, but include it if you have found a really good product. Let us know

Valdez, i really wouldn't consider the bioplexnutrition's protein to be cheap. I find a lot of reputable companys have cheaper 5 pounders than them.

I forgot to add creatine! oops,
bioplex was 17.99 for at 2lb container at my local supplement store, not the CHEAPEST but very good price considering quality. IMO

Jarrow's timed-release melotonin with magnesium and B-6 is VERY GOOD. best melotonin I've used.

Flax seed oil is a VERY good idea while cutting or bulking! YES!

we all are have chosen very basic supplements,

all resembling nutrients that food itself provides us with. It is my hypothesis that FOOD it self is the MOST anabolic stuff we put into our bodies... maybe all of us should be more concerned about what we purchase at SAFEWAY, or QFC, rather than our local supplement store... (If we aren't already!, just a thought)

and a worth while supp to try is Syntrabol, by syntrax, this stuff is really good, its pretty expensive where i live but, it has an ingredient that enhances muscle recovery, unlike andro, this will work for every one aslong as your, diet, training, and rest is in order.

In order of importance.

1. Multivitamins, minerals and antioxidants
2. Muscle Link's Muscle Meals
3. Muscle Link's Pro Fusion
4. Udo's Choice EFA capsules
5. Muscle Link's Creatine Elite
6. Muscle Link's Anavol-R (Creatine)

As you can see, I am a Muscle Link freak. Muscle Meals and Pro Fusion doesn't taste bad at all. It doesn't have that nasty chalky aftertaste, it's kind of like drinking milk. I have used a lot of MRPs and I feel that Muscle Meals is the most complete MRP. Each serving has 11 grams of EFAs, 12 grams of carbs, 40 grams of protein (Micellar Casein, Whey Concentrate, Egg), it is fortified with vitamins and minerals and it has 10 grams of glutamine peptides per serving. What more do you need?

hey black top, what are your doseges like for syntrabol, when i was on them i realized that the more you take the better it works, like 6-8 pills a day instead of 3.

and for the person that asked what flax does, well im not so sure but ever since i started using flax my gains increased( i swear), im not quite sure what exactly it does but it helps with protein synthesis, and perhapes effects your nitragen balance, somone posted an article about this a few months ago, it was a good read, its probably gone now thow.

#1. I didn't want prohormones to be included because they are in the same classification as steriods. they are supposed to raise testestorone, which they do but not effectively. steriods (prohormones included) is a different type of "supplement" and not one that I wanted in this thread.

#2. I also did not want to set the stage for supplement label propaganda.

#3. science has not proved that prohormones work in trained athletes (to my knowledge) the FDA is currently testing to see whether or not prohormones truly build muscles, and if they are proven to do so then they will be banned.

#4. don't try and flame me. I am a very valuble source of information on this board. it's no secret that I hate prohormones, but you don't have to take it personally. btw: I'm not little

always when u buy supplemenst look if the company produces it or not .
Some guys want to earn money quickly and they do not do research , they just order it by manufacturers from China , put in nice colored box and sell this shit for 50$.
THEY DO NOT DO RESEARCH , THEY JUST DOING MARKETING and copy another big supplements manufacturers!
I trust only in ASS ST , cause AST ST does research and produce supplements .

EAS just does marketing and put protein powder in nice boxes and sells on u guys

3)water (distilled, 1 gallon daily)
4)creatine (plain powder)
5)vitamins (3 grams c daily, 800iu e, multi with 1000% b complex)
6)gaba (gamma gh brand)

The barleans is the best tasting flax I've found and is worth the extra money.

By the way, I like ast's stuff for the most part but they do not produce in-house and sub-contract it out like most everybody else.

Did you guys know that weider makes most of the eas stuff, now? It's true.

Looking at lot #'s I've found that musclemass.com uses the same lab as ast for their gaba, etc. and costs less.

My current ones are:
1 Opti-pro meal by Optimum (chocholate)
A good MRP with 3 diff proteins and
aminogen.
2 Barleans flax oil
3 Super Antioxidants by Optimum, cheap
insurance
4 Optimums micronized creatine powder
5 Twinlabs Ultra Fuel fruit punch.
Simple and complex carbs mixed with my
MRP postworkout.

I picked Optimum for an MRP on price. Same with their creatine. I really don't believe in "wishfull thinking" supplements like the prohormones, HMB, methoxy, etc. I've tried most of them in the past without success. After my diet went in full force, the gains started.

more vitamins than my one-a-day

2. Zmass
** watch your calcium intake
could counter benefits

3. Creatine (8 weeks - three times a year)
currently using cell-tech
10g creatine monohydrate
200mg alpha lipoic acid

4. ECA Stack (8 weeks - twice a year)
currently using liquid clenbutrx
would also suggest xenadrine

I'll blend two scoops of vanilla isopure (3 is one serving) and two scoops of cell-tech after a workout with 12oz water and ice. Best damn tasting shake ever.

Eat well, drink lots of water, and get your sleep.

IVE been taking JUST creatine for the last 8 months and have put on 7 kilograms, and most of it was muscle becaause i havent lost any size, though after about a month off it i noticed i look a lot more toned.

has anyone else had any results, is this standard gains you would expect from creatine.

protien powder(lean body bec taste)
creatine when bulking
hydroxycut or xenedrine(when cutting or using for energy)
george forman grill is my fav supplement....lol
