hi ,
what do u do to have nice sexy caramel skin ?

any good advices ?

latinos have no problems with it , they are lucky , have so nice color of skin ( not all ) and they do not need to spend $$$ for tanning studio .

I personaly look like shit when i do not go to tan studio

Go to http://www.musclemass.com and search on the word "canthaxanthin" and you'll get lots of research on these tanning pills.

I use it and the one they have is darker and more natural looking than others I've tried.

It takes a while, but does work if you are patient and dose high enough.
