i got mine from bodybuilding.com it contains
100mg Norandrodiol
100mg Norandrostendione
100mg 5 Androdiol
and added to it is another thing for absorption. The way i take it is first thing in the morning if i don't work out, if i do i take in the morning and again right before a work out.
