The best Meal Replacement I've seen has been Muscle Link's Muscle Meals. It is your best bet. Each serving has 11 grams of EFAs (good fats), 18 grams of carbs, 40 grams of a high quality protein blend (Micellar Casein, Whey Concentrate, Egg) and 10 grams of glutamine peptides. What more do you really need? The taste isn't bad at all, it probably would taste better in nonfat milk (I take mine in water). Check out my site for more info. I have a post that is about basic supplements to use. If you have any questions, please ask. ------------------ Check out http://pub30.ezboard.com/bhitsgymofbodybuilding -HB-

I like designer protein...shoot for 6-8 scoops daily. Strawberry tastes pretty good too. ------------------ DRAGO'S WIFE: "He's like your popeye...He ate his spinach."
