Sometimes I miss a day using Creatine on my off days, is this really that bad?? I really don't believe in the loading aspects of creatine, but am unsure of how long creatine lasts in our systems. Anyone know this?? | ||

well, this is how i use creatine and with awesome results; i dont load. after workouts i take in 15g of creatine with 60g of dextrose. on off days i take 5 g of creatine in the mornings with 30g of dextrose. this method has worked good for me, it is said that your body will slowly release the access atp in your muscle slowly on a daily basis, so i think a maitenence dosage og 5g a day will compensate for that. another thing that i noticed is that if your take in large amounts of creatine on off days, instead of after workout days, your body tends to store the access water weight in your skin as smooth water weight rather then in your muscles. so in my opinion it is always best to take it after a workout when your muscle are shredded. hope this helps | ||

Hmm, I take creatine only on workout days with my insulin..directly after a workout. I guess that I need to take a small dose on my off days too then huh? B True |
