Ever since creatine was first introduced (phosphate, monohydrate, and citrate form) it's been known that creatine is not stable in liquid form. It quickly turns to creatinine. I really can't see it causing better training results. The reason I beleive some people do see results is because of all the other ingrediants found within it that are stable in the liquid form. Hope this helps. -Blackop

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BRO. I USED THE MMUSA BRAND OF CREATINE SERUM AND IT DID NOTHING FOR ME. I WAS JUST PLAYED FOR A FOOL BY THE GUY AT THE SUPPS STORE. CREATINE IS NOT STABLE IN A LIQUID FORM FOR THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. HOPE THIS HELPS M18

I tried ATP serum. Lot's of hype when it first came out. At first I thought it was working (probably just my imagination) then, nothing. Also, this product has been tested and many of the ingredients listed are not found present. i.e. ginseng etc. As the other guys have stated, liquid creatine is not stable, it gets converted to creatinine. Having success with AST micronized creatine HSC, have only found it on line.

Lab tests have shown that each bottle contains 1 gram of creatine and 12 grams of creatininine, a byproduct of creatine breakdown. It is unstable in liquid for long. Don't buy it.
