ive taken cell tech in the past and have put on 5-10 lbs but once i get off i tend to lose my size. i havent been in the gym in over a year and have been out of the supplement world for a while. are there any new creatines or other supplements worth looking into that have been proven to work? | ||

I believe that the best creatine transport out is Anavol-R, by Muscle Link. It's very expensive, the cheapest I've seen it was 60 bucks for 30 servings. I used one cycle of it and I enjoyed it, but I take creatine twice a day for maintance and I can't afford 4 canisters for an 8 week cycle. I recommend trying Muscle Link's Effervescent Creatine. I believe Effervescent is one of the best creatine products out, but the brand does matter. Don't ever buy effervescent in containers, I've tried it in containers and it did nothing for me. Be sure that they come in foil packets. The only brands I recommend is Muscle Link and GEN. The good thing about Effervescent formulas is that there is not stomach upset, thank god. All of the other creatines I've tried killed my stomach. The only creatine that didn't bother my stomach was Anavol-R. That's becauset he creatine in Anavol-R is pretty soluble in water. ------------------ Check out http://pub30.ezboard.com/bhitsgymofbodybuilding -HB- |
