Hey guys...I tried the search and couldnt find anything pertaining to my question....What is chromiun picolinate used for? I heard it helps with weight loss....thanks rd

I believe it helps the metobolism of glycogen. It will only help you lose weight if you are deficient in Chromium. If you take a decent multi-vitamin, you should be getting enough of it.

you can get the chromium from a vitamin supplement, but not the picolinic acid
