Is ribos a wast of cash?I got a supplement with ribos creatine tardine and some other things. Is creatine suficent enough without ribos?

I tried ribose and it worked pretty fair for me. I try to stay on it but as the money goes you know how it is. But it works. As far as bang for the buck if you can afford it buy it.
