I know that (or think I know that) peptides are larger molecules and will therefore be absorbed differently, in such a way that you Can take them with food. Is this correct. Also, are they as effective as l-glutamine?     | ||

Glutamine peptides are far better than free form lglutamine. They are absorbed 16 times better. The peptides are predigested, so they pass through the intestine and more is absorbed into the blood stream. Most of the free form glutamine is taken up by the intestine so only small amounts actually enter the blood. | ||

yeah but peptides taste like azz..you can get them at www.proteinfactory.com..they taste really bad..they are much better than l-glutamine..they have a great article on the site..check it out!! | ||
