my wife has decided to go back to the gym and is planning to start on hydroxycut (canadian ver) what dosage should she be on? help would be much appriciated.     | ||

WUZ UP BRO. I HAVE TRIED HYDRO-LEAN AND JUST FINISHED HYDROXYCUT AND HAD DECENT RESULTS. I STARTED OFF WITH HALF THE RECOMENDED DOSAGE TO SEE MY TOLARANCE AND THEN AFTER ABOUT A WEEK I WENT TO THE NORMAL DOSAGE. I SUGGEST TO START OFF WITH HALF AND IF SHE STARTS GETTING THE SHAKES THEN CUT THE DOSAGE IN HALF. HOPE THIS HELPS A LITTLE. M18 | ||

mustand, i read somewhere before that a woman should not take the dosage men are taking. is there any truth in that? is it okay for my wife to take half the recommended dosages? i'll start her off with 1cap three times a day the if she can tolerate then increase to 2caps three times a day... how does that sound? thanks bro! | ||

Just have your wife becareful with the effects of hydroxycut. Some people are more sensitive to it than others, and it can cause upset stomachs,etc. I would recommed half the dose, and see what that does, and then up it if necessary. |
