I was wondering if anyone has used this stuff. I have a relative who used it and said it worked great. Is it worth buying? Also let me know of supplements you have taken that gave you the biggest size gains. I don't care about the power just the size. Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]()

I don't use the Cytodyne stuff but I do like ZMA. I just use the stuff from Vitamin World and it seems to work well. Nothing spectacular, but it's not a total waste of money, either. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I recommend a product that I believe is more effective than Z-Mass PM. It's called TMZ, it's a ZMA product stacked with Tribulis (sp?). You can get it at www.netrition.com for 25 bucks, which is the same price that Z-Mass runs at. I don't recommend it for people who are still in their early twenties or anyone younger. Just thought you would be interested. Muscle Link is the brand that carries TMZ. ------------------ -HB- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Tmz Is a better supp than z-mass, but it is not zma it has a copper supp in it to replace zinc. I've tried both and i'd choose TMZ. Also go to dpsnutrition.com to buy, It's cheaper on all products. Netrition is the best site for product info ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Z-Mass is one of the best products to buy for muscle recovery except for anabolics. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Lawnsaver, I believe you should go back and check the ingredients of TMZ. It does contain zinc. Check it out at www.netrition.com Keep lifting. ------------------ -HB- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Z-Mass is tooooo damn expensive. Try GNC's brand, or Vitamin World. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Using ZMA is beneficial for some people, but only if you're deficient. I used Z-Mass when it first became available and thought it was decent. I quit taking it 3 weeks ago and I have actually slept better. Could be coincidental, I don't know. I will probably try another ZMA in a few weeks just to make sure all the bases are covered. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I just e mailed cytodyne the other day telling them I was disappointed with my results with z-mass, and all they said was sorry. I'm sorry I spent almost 40 dollars on the crap. Use Gnc's brand its cheaper, and probably does the same damn thing. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

Guys please... this sounds like the morons from Florida who didn't know how to read and vote. ZMA main ingredient is Zinc. Zinc will help your body produce more testosterone if it lacks zinc, that's IF and only IF it lacks zinc. Recovery, it might help. Size you can forget about it unless you're zinc deficient. Stop the madness. Get over it. If you were really smart you'd go to kmart or walmart and buy a bottle of zinc alone or zinc with magnesium for $5 and spend the extra 20 on some glutamine or protein. Do some research and stop wasting your money! These companies aren't out here to look out for you first.. they want the bucks as easy as possible and they catching people left and right. Paying $20-30 for a bottle of zinc and magnesium? Somebody please use the noggin'... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

just an added note... B6 is there for better absorption but you don't need it, but if you feel it's really necessary just take a bigger doseage. Secondly, the product contains aspartame, and if you do a little research on aspartame you'll see why most protein drinks now come without aspartame... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well said riskybiz. Us weightlifters need to educate ourselves and stop being dupped by theses damn supplement companies! I work at GNC and it is amazing the money that people will spend on the latest and greatest products and they don't even take a multi-vitamin. Just yesterday this guy spent $150 on prohormones because he read an ad in a magazine. Poor guy wouldn't listen to reason. We have to stop this vicious cycle. OK, I'll get of my soapbox now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
