a whats up my fellow board member first off! im in the process of getting my 1st cycle maped out. but i need some info lately ive been tierd due to my fucked up job but thats another story. well i used rip fuel to give me that jump start but but that muhuang fucks me up hard i come down off that shit hard.is there something else i could use to kick start my work outs< thanks crew 1 love a.k.a bullet proof!!! | ||

ma huang is the alternative to ephedrine, right? my guess is take some caffeine before ur workouts if u have to take some stimulant. i try to stay away from them. i stick to eating 100-120g complex carbs an hour before my workout. gives me all teh energy i need. or, if i dont have time for that, get to the gym and buy an ultra fuel. 100g carbs per bottle. 30g of which are simple sugars. | ||

For some of the best energy, try eating oatmeal about 3 hours before you lift. It won't be the same as ECA stack, but it will be a good supply of energy for your body. Also, try a scoop of protein powder as well. | ||

Go to Walgreens and buy a pack of caffine pills for about $2. Take 4 before your workout and you'll have more energy than u ever thought possible. ------------------ | ||

Well, this requires no supplements. Go to the gym. Pick a bench and sit on it for about 5 minutes. Close your eyes and cover your face. Don't talk to anyone and try not ot move at all. Just sit there and think about your workout and relax as much as possible. Arnold called this a "White Moment" I believe. Figure out how to shorten your workouts up too, so you can give it all you got for just a few minutes. Superset, hit it hard, then get out the door. Just my 2c B True |
