Is glutamine and arginine worth it? How much does one have to take daily to see a difference?

I think Glutamine is worth it. Use 5-15 grams daily.

Glutamine is worth it, but I don't recommend buying arginine. If you're interested in taking arginine get an amino acid supplement. Take L-glutamine on an empty stomach. Take 5-30 grams daily. I take 30 in 30 grams only because I can afford it.

Glutamine is proven to be beneficial. Arginine is also beneficial, especially after training in your postworkout shake. Arginine increases glycogen uptake.

Probably a dumb question, but is my assumption that it would be better to take a protien shake after working out then just taking glutamine? Also, do you shallow the powder or put it under your tounge and let it dissolve?
