It's not too bad, but you can get better. The protien is ion-exchange whey, and the process to make ion exchange whey involves acid treating the protien, which effectively destroys all the growth factors like Lactoferrin, immunoglobulins, etc. | ||

GettinHuge, what do you recommend that is better?? I've tried a large amount of proteins aand was wondering what you had in mind. I'd also like to know about price and serving size, taste, etc. Thanks | ||

I believe that a good protein powder should have a combination of casein, whey and egg. It's good to have a combination fast absorbing and slow absorbing proteins. Some of the best MRPs are Muscle Link's Muscle Meals and GEN's Growth Factor X. But they are pretty expensive. A good quality product is HDT Pro Blend 55.
