I bought a bottle of SportsOne Creatine and i think it's crap. The creatine doesn't dissolve at all and i have to chew on them while drinking to make it thinner. This is the worst creatine i've used. I was wondering what creatine is like creapure, made in germany? thanks

Well, Creapure is the name for the creatine that's made by SKW Trostberg AG. Creapure Creatine is guaranteed to be 99.9% creatine monohydrate. The label is kind of a purity standard. Just look on the bottle to see if it is Creapure. I know Prolab uses Creapure and maybe a few other companies. I bought Higher Power Creatine for $25 for a kilo and I thought it worked fine. Since then, I've seen some creatine for $19. I think creatine is creatine, for the most part, and you should really put price first (as long as the crap isn't labeled Communist 24% creatine monohydrate). Genetic

German creatine is good, but like other powder creatine, it doesn't dissolve in water. You'll still get that gritty sand in the bottom of your glass. I recommend effervescent creatine, but if you want sometime cheaper get Micronized Creatine from Met-rx or AST. ------------------ -HB-

If your creatine is pure, it will completely dissolve in water, and won't feel like sand in your mouth.

i personally really like creapure, it dissolves completely. This SportsOne crap doesn't dissolve and it bigger and tougher than sugar. It's exactly like chewing sand. Are there other creatine out there like creapure that will dissolve? I'd really hate to buy another bottle of sand again. |
