whey tastes better!! www.proteinfactory.com for info and cheap powder. protein supps. usually have all the essential amino acids. whey is digested faster than soy. and soy is digested faster than caseinate. all are good quality. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

no...soy has isoflavones...which are weak plant estrogens actually promoted for estrogen managent. Check out these www.proteinfactory.com for aa profiles of both. I'd go with primarily Whey after training, all other times go with a blend soy, whey, casinate, milk protein, egg, bovine...etc variety is good ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Whey has higher levels of BCAA's but soy has a higher level of glutamine. They both have a PDCAA of 1 (level of absorbtion. Whey is absorbed 75% faster than soy. The best protein is a 50/50 combination os whey and soy protein isolate. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
