is it ok to take these supplements at the same time..I know you want to take these on an empty stomach to increase absortion..

also, i read this article about a guy who use to load 30-40g and maintenance of 20g/day..the normal amount said on any brand is 15g loading and 5g/day maintenance..he commented and said that he only got results w/ these kinds of dosages..can taking in too much creatine create problems like overlfloading the muscles..this guy probalby had to drink over 2 gallons a day for all the amount of creatine he was taking..any comments of what works best!! laid her!!

Think it's more important to take them post work out with protien (in which case you SHOULD have any empty stomach). Maybe mix it in with some sinmple carbs. Insulin spike MAY increase transportation.

I heard that you should take creatine seperately, but I believe that you can take it with glutamine. My creatine is effervescent creatine by GEN, called Creavescent. It has 5 grams of effervescent creatine and 2 grams of glutamine per serving. You shouldn't take creatine or glutamine with solid foods, I read it messes up the absorption. I load my creatine. 4 (5 gram servings) for 5 days, then 2 servings spread out during the day. You don't need to load glutamine. Take 10-30 grams a day. This is what I do. I workout at 6 am. I take one serving of Effervescent Creatine with one 5 gram serving of glutamine when I wake up. Then I wait an hour before I eat. Then I workout 30-60 minutes after my meal. After my workout I take one serving of Effervescent Creatine with 5 grams of glutamine. Then an hour later I take one serving of my Meal Replacement. Then I take 5 grams of glutamine before bed time. You don't have to follow my routine, it's just an example. Good luck.

take seperatly, they both fight for absorption when taken together or mixed together in a shake or something,
creatine immediatly after a workout, protein a half hour later.
just my 2 cents

as far as i've read you can take glutamine peptides with creatine with no problem, but regular l-glutamine fights for receptors with creatine..
