I think as with many supplements, it depends on the person. I used GNC's Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate for 6 weeks and just got bloated with water weight. I had two friends that used it and had great results, one of them gained about 6lbs of muscle using it and the other had a 3lb gain. As far as the other GNC products go, I try to stick with the brands I know I can trust. To which GNC products do you refer?

I think GNC products are crap. They are low quality. Go with reputable companies.

All supps are crap.

they like to rape you in the bum when your a teenager, or a misinformed old fart. they don't use lube just slam slam slam. right in the ass. damn it hurts. ouch!!!!!

ha ha ha!!

seriously, No supp is FDA approved so it's kinda sketchy as to who is good. I don't see why GNC wouldn't be good quality. I've used some of there products: caffeine and mau hung and they were potent. so ??????

REALLY EXP. supplements prob ALL suck. (for the price).

I think GNC is avg. quality (tried there protein too!)

Keep in mind GNC is a vendor too!! so the quality has to be avg. or better if they are going to sell other product so!! that answer the Q??
