Do you recommend these with e/c/a stack. the mini-thin bottle says 12.5 mg ephedrine and 200mg guaifenesin. what is guaifenesin. is it caffene? whats your recommendations on taking this as the ehedrine part of E/C/A stack. New at the game but read your discussions all the time.     | ||

Guaifenesin is a medication that promotes elimination of mucus from the lungs. The effects of guaifenesin promote elimination of mucous by thinning the mucous and lubricating the irritated respiratory tract. Guaifenesin is an ingredient in many over-the-counter cough and cold products. Normal ECA dosages are: Take this combo twice a day - morning and mid-afternoon and try to do your cardio first thing in the morning after your first dosage on an empty stomach.
