Okay, guys I got my Adipo, Guggul, and Triax this week now I want to hear how you think I should stack them? How many of what, and how many times per day? For the best results... I am 131 lbs now, and 5'4 ft, female     | ||

Still got your recept? I would stack em' back in the bag and take them back to the store. Buy some creatine, protein powder, L-glutimine, or some ECA. There just is nothing else out there worth a @#$%!! | ||

Put them back in the bag? I think Adipokinetix is probably one of the best legal fat burners out there, much better than an ECA stack. Dlady, is it Triax or Triax II? The first Triax was removed from the market by the FDA because of safety reasons. If you have it, then by all means take it, but just be careful, do some research. Being as I have no experience taking those supplements, I can only offer general advice. Seeing as you don't weigh that much, be careful about dosing. Many times, they target the products to people who are extremely overweight and they might need a larger dose. I would start with the minimum recommended dose for each product. Genetic | ||

I have never used Triax II, but I've used Adipo and Guggulbolic (sp?). I started out with 3 caps a day of guggulbolic, spread out during the day. I started out with a lower dosage of Adipo. I only took 3 caps a day for a week and then took 6 caps for 7 weeks. Worked fine for me. ------------------ -HB- | ||
