hey guys--

I'm about three-four weeks away from starting a bulking cycle, but before I touch the gear, I want to take 3 week and get my bf down from 13% to single digits. I'll be using ripped fuel(works great for me, always better results than with various ECA stacks) and probably do 2 20 minute interval cardio sessions 4 times a week. What I'm uncertain about is the best kind of short-term diet to shed the fat--keep in mind, I don't want to really fuck around too much with my ability to put on muscle. I'm considering a few options:

a) no carbs diet, or perhaps just cutting the carbs after 5 pm
b) the anabolic diet
c) a 6 meal grazing program, i.e. Bill Phillips body for life(I kinda like this one, 'cause it's a diet I can keep up for awhile.), with one portion protein/one portion carb per meal, veggies twice a day

Any input on a solid three week program that maximizes fat loss and minimizes muscle loss would be much appreciated.

The only person that can help you with a fat loss program is you. We have no idea how your body responds. And if you want to drop good amounts of fat in a three week period, there's no time to experiment. I can see if it was over course of 8-16 weeks, because over time you can gradually make changes. Doesn't gear help you lose fat? I've never tried the stuff and I don't plan to. But I heard the stuff helps you lose fat. The best way to lose fat is diet. Good luck and I'm sorry I can't be more of help.
