Best time to take Zinc and Mag is 30 to 60 minutes before bed. It can make you sleepy. Growth hormones are increased mainly while sleeping. I just started taking it a couple of weeks ago. I'm using ZMAS from Twin Labs 3 capsules, not quite sure the actual dosage. Supposedly it works; still too soon to tell for sure. Good luck! | ||

this product will only work if you are zinc deficcient. If you are in doubt, you can take 5-25mg of zinc before sleep. B6 is worthless, and magnesium is just for mineral that may be depleted. | ||

You also must take it on an empty stomach for it to work, and never take calcium with it. | ||

Everyone that I know that uses zinc uses 50mg a day and that is just to give your body what it needs. I have heard of people taking over 100mg in an attempt to increase strength but I have never personally seen it work. Creatine is the only legal supplement worth buying besides eca stacks. Yohimbine can help get you pepped up for a workout but that is about as close to an androgenic effect that you are going to get from a legal supplement. Later, | ||
