![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have been using my bench shirt to train for a contest. I was thinking of washing it. I don't want to ruin the fibers or make it weaker, but maybe just shrink it a little. So should i wash it in warm or cold water and should i hang dry it or put in the dryer? Need some help, strokerjr IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() cold water with laundry detergent hang it in the sun and let it dry. It will shrink up real nice from that. If you put it in the dryer you will shrink it like a wool shirt IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Strokerjr Wash your shirt in the sink with hot water and washing powder, then dry it in a tumble dryer on the hottest setting it has. Yes it will shrink and hurt when you take the bar down for the first time. But it will be worth it for that big bench. Let me know how you get on... POW ------------------ IP: Logged |
