How do most of you do your training splits for a week. Mine look like this Sun. dynamic bench(speed) tris, back, hammer mon. Heavy squat, partial dead, shrugs, high pulls, hamstrings Tues. abs & calves Wed. Heavy lockouts, floor press, board board press, or max out with shirt. Basically everyhting heavy to help my bench. Delts, & tris Thurs.Heavy upper back day Fri. Dynamic squat day(speed) Sat. off Let me know what you think... IP: Logged |
