i Was just wondering if they work, better yet what do they do? I see a bunch of powerlifters using them and i would also it it helps. IP: Logged |

Yes I have, I used them at the south east champions compertition in May. They clear your head and help you focus on the lift, they worked for me, but they are quite expensive. POW IP: Logged |
