this sucks. the old posts are gone and that includes Big mikes vastly popular post. I guess someone highly knowledgeable could make a new one. any how I came on here to ask a question on wrist bands. when squatting I would put the bar body building style and I am adjusting to the powerlifter style now. my problem is the stress put on my wrists. Man...I really can't help you on wrist bands...but will suggest you really work on some wrist and joint flexibility with different stretching exercises. I have never really worried about my flexibility before weight training before. I am competing in a strongman contest in June and putting everything I have into it. I don't want it to be all for nothing due to injury...so I now warm up and stretch slightly before every workout. My advice...wish I could give more. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
