this sucks. the old posts are gone and that includes Big mikes vastly popular post. I guess someone highly knowledgeable could make a new one.

any how I came on here to ask a question on wrist bands. when squatting I would put the bar body building style and I am adjusting to the powerlifter style now. my problem is the stress put on my wrists. What wrist bands do you guys use/recommend?

Man...I really can't help you on wrist bands...but will suggest you really work on some wrist and joint flexibility with different stretching exercises. I have never really worried about my flexibility before weight training before. I am competing in a strongman contest in June and putting everything I have into it. I don't want it to be all for nothing due to injury...so I now warm up and stretch slightly before every workout.

My advice...wish I could give more.
