I know it varies each individual. Somebody says it's only 30g. But I saw the video Paul Dilet eating about 110g of protein at one time. | ||

I think that since it varies from person to person it is hard to put a number on it. Things like body size, gender, metabolism, and physical condition probably play roles in the body adsorbing protein. I have read different ranges from 30grams to 50 grams. ------------------ | ||

here's how u tell. eat as much as u can spread out through out the day. when u notice that when u sweat u smell like amonia,..u r eating to much. back off 10g a day until u dont smell it any more. there, now was that so hard? good luck bro. ------------------ | ||
